Get well soon plant
by Anoniem onAs a nice little surprise for my mother on returning home from a hip operation I bought what seemed like a lovely plant from Marks & Spencers, I left it in her living room along with a nice card. She thanked me when she arrived and said it was beautiful. I went to visit her the next day only to find the plant looking very sorry for itself, she later told me it was like that as soon as she opened but didn't have the heart to tell me. I didn't keep the receipt or packaging (who does?!) overall my mother and myself feel disappointed, considering M&S are meant to be of the high end of supermarkets. I will not purchase plants or flowers again from said shop.
